TIitle Development Request
Can't find it? Request it.
Euroanime is a publisher, distributor and licensor of anime and manga. If there is a title you want to own physically but cannot find in the Euroanime catalog, send it to us. Our team will review the project and evaluate whether it can be developed as a new Euroanime physical release.
Obscure, old, forgotten or never released on Blu-ray.
If you have been searching for a work and cannot find the physical edition you want, send us whatever information you have. An exact release year, alternate title or reference link helps, but none of the fields below are mandatory.
Tell us what you are looking for
Anime, animation, television series, film, OVA/OAV, special or another screen work. Even an approximate title or year can be enough for us to begin checking the project.
We evaluate the complete release
We assess source material, image and audio condition, language options, subtitle work, expected disc count and whether the project can meet the Euroanime physical-release standard.
You decide before paying
We first tell you whether the project is viable, including the result of our publishing-rights review, and explain the expected release. Only if the project can proceed and you want to continue do we send the payment link for the €49.99 first-request development fee, with +€24.99 for each additional requested title.
From your request to a published physical release.
The request fee does not buy the finished product. It commissions the research, release development and production preparation required to develop the title for the Euroanime catalog.
Submit the title
Send the title, approximate year and any useful information you know. Every field is optional.
Feasibility review — up to 48 hours
Our team checks whether the title can be developed into a Euroanime physical release that meets our technical and presentation standards. As part of this review, we also verify that Euroanime holds, or can validly exercise, the publishing and distribution rights required for the requested title, format and applicable territory. We will inform you of the outcome before any development fee is charged. Euroanime only proceeds with titles for which the necessary legal rights are in place. If you provide an email address, we reply there.
You approve the project
If the title passes our feasibility and rights review, we explain the expected release, including the anticipated disc count and corresponding normal catalog price. If you want to go ahead, we send the €49.99 request-fee payment link.
Release development — 2 to 15 business days
From payment, we reserve 2–15 business days for the complete release-development workflow: source preparation, image/audio work, subtitles, authoring, artwork and production preparation.
The finished release is published
Once ready, the release is published in the Euroanime catalog and can be purchased at the normal catalog price for a physical release with the same number of discs.
€49.99 for the first request.
The first request costs €49.99. Each additional requested title costs +€24.99. These fees commission the title-development and release-preparation work after feasibility has been confirmed. The physical product itself is a separate purchase and is priced like any other Euroanime product with the same final disc count.
€49.99 first request
Paid only after feasibility and rights availability are confirmed and you choose to proceed. It is not a deposit and is not credited against the final product purchase.
+€24.99 for each additional requested title
If you submit more than one title within the same title-development request, the first title is €49.99 and every additional title adds €24.99 to the development fee.
Final product priced by its disc count
A 1-disc, 2-disc, 3-disc, 4-disc or larger edition is sold at the normal Euroanime catalog price applicable to a product with that number of discs.
No cancellation or refund after the request fee is paid
Once the applicable request fee has been paid and work has begun, the request cannot be cancelled and the development fee is non-refundable.
The finished release becomes a catalog product
Requested titles are developed for the Euroanime catalog rather than as exclusive one-off commissions. Once completed, the release may be published and remain available in the Euroanime catalog for other customers as well.
Old source does not mean an old presentation.
A title may have survived only on VHS, broadcast television, LaserDisc, DVD or another standard-definition source. That does not mean we simply place that material on a Blu-ray disc unchanged.
We approve a request only when we believe the available material can be prepared as a high-definition Blu-ray presentation with a meaningful technical upgrade over the usable source presentation. If we cannot reach our release standard, we tell you before payment and do not proceed with the request.
HD Blu-ray presentation
The finished release is prepared for a high-definition Blu-ray viewing workflow rather than delivered as a low-resolution source copy.
Image preparation and restoration
Depending on the source, work may include scaling, deinterlacing, stabilization, cleanup, detail management, color and contrast correction and other restoration steps.
Audio preparation
Audio is evaluated and prepared for the release, with cleanup, level management and track organization applied where appropriate.
Subtitle preparation
Timing, readability, language organization and presentation are prepared for the physical release.
Disc authoring & release assembly
Disc structure, menus where applicable, artwork and the complete release are prepared as one coherent collector-focused product.
Core language support is built into the request.
You can ask us to evaluate extra audio and subtitle languages. Availability depends on the material available for the requested release.
Audio
The original-language audio is always included. You may request additional audio languages and we will evaluate them according to availability and usable source quality.
Subtitles
Every requested physical release includes our standard subtitle language set: English, French, Spanish, Italian and German. You may also ask us to evaluate additional subtitle languages.
The important details, without surprises.
What kinds of titles can I request?
Anime, cartoons, animated series, live-action television series, movies, OVA/OAV releases, specials and other screen works can be submitted for evaluation.
What if I barely remember the title or year?
Submit what you know. An approximate year, alternate title, country, character name, reference link or any other clue can help. None of the form fields are mandatory.
What if the title only existed on VHS, television or DVD?
That does not automatically disqualify it. We evaluate the best usable source material available for the project and only approve the request if we believe we can produce a meaningful high-definition Blu-ray presentation rather than simply reproducing the old source unchanged.
Do I pay €49.99 just to ask if the title is possible?
No. The initial submission and feasibility review do not require any payment. We first tell you whether the project can proceed. If you want us to develop the release, we then send the request-fee payment link.
Does Euroanime verify publishing rights before proceeding?
Yes. Rights verification forms part of our feasibility review. Before accepting payment and beginning development, we verify that Euroanime has the legal rights required to publish and distribute the requested title in the relevant format and territory. If the required rights are not available, we will inform you and the project will not proceed. No development fee will be charged.
What if I want to request more than one title?
The first requested title costs €49.99. Each additional requested title submitted as part of the same title-development request adds €24.99.
Does the request fee include the finished Blu-ray product?
No. €49.99 covers the first requested title, and each additional requested title adds €24.99. These are development fees for the requested release. The finished physical product is purchased separately at the normal catalog price for an edition with the same number of discs.
How long does release development take after I pay?
From the moment the request fee is paid, we reserve 2 to 15 business days for release development and production preparation.
Can I cancel the request after paying the request fee?
No. Once the request fee has been paid and the project enters development, the request cannot be cancelled and the paid request-development fee is non-refundable.
Is the finished edition exclusive to me?
No. The fee commissions development of the title for the Euroanime catalog; it does not purchase exclusivity. Once completed, the release may be published and sold normally on our website.
What happens if the title is not viable for development?
We tell you during the feasibility stage. If the project cannot meet our release standard, or if the required publishing and distribution rights are not available, the project does not proceed and no development-fee payment is required.
What title would you like Euroanime to develop?
Fill in as much or as little as you know. You can also include additional requests or release preferences. If you include an email address, our team will normally reply about feasibility within 48 hours.
However, without a valid email address we cannot send you our feasibility reply or a payment link if you later choose to proceed. Feasibility also includes confirmation that Euroanime can legally publish and distribute the requested title.
