Ownership, licensing and attribution.
Euroanime publishes and distributes licensed anime and manga while recognizing the copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual-property rights attached to the underlying works. A publishing or distribution license permits defined commercial uses; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying characters, stories, artwork, trademarks or other protected material unless expressly stated.
Euroanime-created materials
Original website copy, site design, code, Euroanime branding, original graphics and other company-created materials are protected as applicable.
Licensed catalog
Anime, manga and related properties are published or distributed according to the rights applicable to each title, format, territory and use.
Underlying ownership
Creators, studios, publishers, production committees and trademark owners retain their underlying intellectual-property rights unless a notice expressly states otherwise.

Protected materials. Defined rights.
Materials available through Euroanime may be protected by copyright, trademark and other proprietary rights belonging either to Euroanime or to third parties whose material is licensed or otherwise lawfully used within the scope applicable to a particular title or service.
Personal browsing
Customers may browse and use the Site for normal personal purposes connected with the Euroanime service and store.
Commercial reuse
Reproduction, redistribution, republication or commercial exploitation of protected Site materials requires the permission of the applicable rights holder unless law clearly provides otherwise.
License scope matters
Rights may vary by territory, format, language, platform, term and type of commercial use. One title can therefore have different rights arrangements in different markets.
What belongs to Euroanime, and what belongs to licensors.
The Euroanime website combines company-created material with content connected to licensed properties. The legal status of each element depends on who created or owns it and on the rights granted for its use.
Euroanime branding and website materials
Euroanime branding, original website text, original page layouts, original code, original interface elements and original company-created graphics are controlled by Euroanime or used by Euroanime under the applicable rights arrangement.
Anime and manga properties
Titles, stories, characters, illustrations, logos, production artwork, trademarks and other materials connected to anime and manga properties may belong to their creators, publishers, studios, committees or other rights holders. Euroanime's publishing or distribution role does not erase those underlying ownership rights.
Product imagery and promotional assets
Images and promotional materials may include Euroanime-created photography or layouts as well as licensed artwork, logos or materials supplied or authorized for use in connection with a title. Rights in those components remain separate where applicable.
No implied transfer to the customer
Purchasing a physical product gives the customer ownership of that physical copy. It does not transfer copyright, trademark ownership, publishing rights, reproduction rights or other intellectual-property rights in the underlying work.
Territory and format
Euroanime's rights can be limited to defined territories, formats or uses. A title appearing in our catalog should not be interpreted as a claim that Euroanime owns every right to that property worldwide or in every medium.

Where a title-specific copyright or trademark notice is provided, Euroanime preserves the relevant attribution to the creators, publishers, studios, companies or other rights holders associated with that work.
