About Euroanime

Who we are and what we do.

What is Euroanime?

Euroanime is a premier publisher and licensor of anime and manga based in Montenegro.

Our business spans publishing, licensing, catalog development, physical-media distribution, localization coordination, European fulfillment and international customer support.

Where is Euroanime based?

Euroanime is based in Nikšić, Montenegro.

Our company address is Trg Slobode 7, 81400 Nikšić, Montenegro.

Physical customer orders are dispatched through our European logistics network from France, Spain or Portugal, depending on destination and operational requirements.

What does Euroanime publish and license?

Our catalog focuses on anime and manga, including television series, feature films, OVAs, collector-focused physical releases and manga titles.

Availability can vary according to title, territory, format, language and release schedule.

Does Euroanime operate internationally?

Yes. Euroanime serves international audiences through publishing, licensing and distribution activities.

Territorial availability can differ from one title to another according to the rights and distribution arrangements associated with each release.

Catalog & Releases

Titles, formats, territories and availability.

Where can I see your current catalog?

Current releases available for direct purchase are listed on euroanime.jp.net.

Individual product pages contain the current format, languages, subtitle options, compatibility information, availability and other release-specific details.

How can I find out about new releases?

New titles and newly available editions are added to the Euroanime catalog as they are released.

Our website is the primary source for current release information, availability and product specifications.

Why is a title available in one country but not another?

Publishing and licensing rights can be defined by territory, language, format, platform and term.

A title available in one market may therefore not be available under the same conditions in another.

Why does availability change?

Availability can change because of inventory, release schedules, supplier availability, rights windows and distribution conditions.

If a release becomes available again, its product page will reflect the updated status.

Can I suggest an anime or manga title?

Yes. Catalog suggestions are welcome.

Send the title and relevant information to contact@euroanime.jp.net .

Suggestions help us understand audience interest, but they do not guarantee acquisition or publication.

Do you publish only classic anime?

No. Classic, cult and historically significant anime are an important part of our catalog identity, but Euroanime can also publish and license newer anime and manga when they fit our editorial and commercial strategy.

Account Questions

Your Euroanime customer account.

Do I need an account to shop with you?

Account availability and checkout options are displayed directly during purchase.

An account can make it easier to review previous orders, shipping information and customer details.

Where can I see my previous orders?

If your purchase was associated with a customer account, log in and visit your account area to review available order information.

I cannot access my account. What should I do?

First use the password-reset option on the login page.

If you still cannot access your account, contact contact@euroanime.jp.net and include the email address associated with the account.

Orders & Payments

Purchases, payments and order status.

Where can I buy Euroanime releases?

Titles available for direct purchase can be found at euroanime.jp.net.

Individual product pages provide current availability, specifications and purchasing information.

What payment methods do you accept?

The payment methods currently available for your order are shown securely at checkout.

Available methods may vary according to country, currency and payment provider.

How do I know if my order was received?

Once an order has been successfully submitted, an order confirmation is normally sent to the email address used during checkout.

If you do not see the message, check your spam or junk folder first.

How do pre-orders work?

When a title is offered as a pre-order, the product page identifies it accordingly and displays the release information currently available.

Release and dispatch dates may change because of release scheduling, supply, licensing or logistics.

Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?

We do not accept customer-requested cancellations.

Once an order has been submitted and/or paid, the purchase is considered final.

If you need to correct important information, such as an obvious shipping-address error, contact contact@euroanime.jp.net immediately.

We cannot guarantee that a change can be made once order processing has begun.

Can Euroanime cancel an order?

Yes. An order may be cancelled if we are unable to fulfill it because of stock unavailability, supplier limitations, payment failure, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, shipping impossibility or another material operational reason.

If Euroanime cancels an order that has already been paid, the amount charged for the cancelled order or item will be returned through the original payment method.

Shipping & Delivery

International delivery, tracking and fulfillment.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Euroanime serves international customers.

Shipping availability for a specific destination and order is shown during checkout.

Where are customer orders dispatched from?

Physical customer orders are dispatched through our European logistics network from France, Spain or Portugal.

Euroanime's corporate base is in Nikšić, Montenegro.

How can I track my shipment?

When tracking is available, tracking information is sent to the email address associated with the order after shipment processing.

My tracking number has not updated yet. Is that normal?

Yes. Carriers may take time to scan a parcel after a shipping label has been created.

Tracking can also update less frequently while a parcel moves between countries or postal networks.

Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

Import duties, taxes and customs charges depend on the destination country, order value and local regulations.

Unless otherwise stated during checkout, charges imposed by local customs authorities are the responsibility of the recipient.

What should I do if my package appears lost?

Review the carrier's tracking information first.

If the parcel has not moved for an unusually long period or is marked delivered but cannot be located, email contact@euroanime.jp.net with your order number and tracking information.

Blu-ray & DVD

Physical-media formats and compatibility.

Does Euroanime publish physical anime releases?

Yes. Physical media is an important part of the Euroanime catalog.

Depending on the title and edition, releases may be available on Blu-ray, DVD or another applicable physical format.

How can I check disc region or compatibility?

Always review the specifications on the individual product page before purchasing.

Region information and relevant playback details are listed there when applicable.

Are all Euroanime releases Blu-ray?

No. Format depends on the title and edition.

The individual product page identifies the physical-media format included with each release.

What audio and subtitle options are included?

Audio and subtitle options vary by title and release.

The relevant product page lists the languages included with the specific edition.

What should I do if a disc appears defective?

If you purchased the product directly from Euroanime, contact contact@euroanime.jp.net and include your order number, product title, disc number and a clear description of the problem.

Photographs or additional information may be requested.

If a return is authorized, follow the instructions provided by customer support.

I am having a playback problem. What information should I provide?

Please provide the title, release, disc number, episode or timestamp, player model, a detailed description of the problem and whether the issue occurs repeatedly.

Our team may first perform technical troubleshooting to determine whether the issue concerns the disc, playback equipment, region compatibility or another technical factor.

Manga

Print editions, languages and availability.

Does Euroanime publish manga?

Yes. Euroanime's publishing and licensing activities include both anime and manga.

Manga availability depends on the titles, territories and editions represented in our catalog.

Where can I see available manga titles?

Manga titles available through Euroanime are listed in our catalog when released or offered for sale.

The product page provides the current language, format, volume and availability information.

Are all manga titles available in the same language?

No. Language availability can differ according to series, volume, territory and licensing arrangement.

Check the individual product page before ordering.

Can I request a manga series for future publication?

Yes. You can send catalog suggestions to contact@euroanime.jp.net .

Suggestions help us understand reader interest but do not guarantee acquisition or publication.

Localization

Languages, subtitles and translated editions.

Which subtitle languages are included?

Language availability varies by release.

The product page lists the subtitle and audio options for that specific edition.

How is localization handled?

Localization requirements vary according to title, territory and release.

Depending on the project, language materials may be supplied through the relevant licensing chain or coordinated specifically for the edition.

When localization is coordinated by Euroanime, terminology, timing and language presentation are subject to human review.

Why can subtitle wording differ from another release?

Different releases can use different translations, localization approaches, terminology standards or source scripts.

Subtitle timing and wording may also be adapted for readability and the materials used for a release.

Can I report a subtitle or translation issue?

Yes. Please send the title, edition or volume, approximate timestamp or page where applicable, and a description of the issue to contact@euroanime.jp.net .

Returns & Product Issues

Damaged deliveries, defective products and incorrect orders.

I received the wrong item. What should I do?

Contact contact@euroanime.jp.net with your order number and clear photographs showing the item received.

Our team will review the order and provide the appropriate instructions.

My order arrived damaged. What should I send?

Provide your order number together with clear photographs of the product, its packaging and the shipping box.

Keep all original packaging while the issue is being reviewed.

Do not return the product until customer support provides instructions.

Can I return an item because I changed my mind?

No.

We do not accept returns because the customer changed their mind, ordered by mistake, no longer wants the product, prefers another product or made a duplicate purchase.

Orders are considered final once submitted and/or paid.

When is a defective-product return accepted?

A return must first be authorized by customer support.

The returned product will be evaluated to determine whether a qualifying defect is present.

Photographs or a description of the issue do not by themselves confirm a defect.

What happens if a product defect is confirmed?

If the evaluation confirms a qualifying defect and the product is in its original condition, Euroanime will provide a replacement of the same product at no additional cost to the customer.

Should I send a product back before contacting support?

No.

Contact contact@euroanime.jp.net first and include your order number and a description of the problem.
