Vinland Saga Blu-ray – Complete Seasons 1 & 2 (2019) presents the complete first and second seasons of the historical anime in a high-definition multilingual collection.
Thorfinn grows up hearing stories about Vinland, a distant and peaceful land beyond the sea. His life changes after tragedy separates him from his family and places him among a group of Viking mercenaries.
Driven by anger and revenge, Thorfinn becomes a skilled warrior while following Askeladd across battlefields, villages and territories affected by war.
The first season combines Viking conflict, political intrigue, personal ambition and intense action within a detailed historical setting. Thorfinn’s journey gradually forces him to confront the consequences of a life shaped by violence and revenge.
The second season follows a changed Thorfinn as he begins confronting his violent past. After meeting Einar, he gradually develops a new understanding of friendship, freedom and the kind of future he wants to create.
Across both seasons, the story explores revenge, slavery, redemption, personal growth and the search for a peaceful land beyond violence and war.
Vinland Saga Blu-ray includes the original Japanese audio track and an English-language audio option across the included episodes.
Subtitles are available in English, Spanish, French, German and Italian for flexible international viewing. Season selection, episodes, audio tracks, subtitle options and playback settings can be accessed through the interactive Blu-ray menus.
The video is presented in true 1080p HD and enhanced using Euroanime’s video restoration technology. This processing provides a clean, detailed and consistent presentation while preserving the colors, artwork and atmosphere of the original animation.
The Blu-ray discs have been authored following standard Blu-ray video specifications. The region-free format provides compatibility with suitable Blu-ray players in Europe, North America and other regions worldwide.
A Blu-ray player, Blu-ray-compatible game console or computer Blu-ray drive is required for playback. Standard DVD players cannot play Blu-ray discs, so please verify that your device supports the Blu-ray video format before purchasing.
Vinland Saga Blu-ray combines the complete first and second seasons with Japanese and English audio, multilingual subtitles, enhanced high-definition video and worldwide playback compatibility.
This Vinland Saga Blu-ray Complete Seasons 1 & 2 edition brings together the full story of Thorfinn across both seasons for fans of historical drama, Viking action and character-driven anime.

WitStudioQuality — Watched the entire series over three weeks. No drift, no artifacts, no menu lag. EuroAnime’s quality control holds up across a long-form modern anime release.
Isaac U. 🇺🇸 –
ThorsWarriorFather — The insert includes a short piece on the historical context of the Viking age and how the show adapts the manga. EuroAnime’s editorial team adds real historical grounding.
Liam X. 🇺🇸 –
ThorfinnAdult — The cover art uses a striking composition with Thorfinn in the foreground and the Viking sea behind him. EuroAnime’s design team picked a key visual that fits both seasons.
Gavin S. 🇺🇸 –
AskeladdVikingLeader — The show’s hand-drawn battle sequences are some of the best of the modern era, and EuroAnime’s encode handles the fast motion without visible macroblocking. Bitrate stays generous.
Finn R. 🇺🇸 –
ThorfinnKarlsefniWarrior — Vinland Saga’s color grading shifts subtly between the two seasons – season one cooler, season two warmer in the farmland arc. EuroAnime preserved that distinction across the two discs without homogenizing them.
Kyle W. 🇺🇸 –
SnakeAssassinViking — Tested on a PS5 and a Sony UBP-X1100ES. Both discs loaded in under four seconds. EuroAnime’s authoring is efficient even for a two-season set with dense animation.
Bryce Z. 🇺🇸 –
YlvaSister — No forced content, no menu music loops. Straight to episode selection. EuroAnime’s pre-playback experience is consistently respectful.
VikingAnimeFan 🇺🇸 –
Definitive release. EuroAnime’s quality is excellent and shipping was very affordable. Case sturdy, discs spotless. Very happy.
Henry T. 🇺🇸 –
CanutePrince — The disc splits each season at natural midpoint arc breaks, not arbitrary episode counts. EuroAnime’s authoring team watched the show before deciding where to cut.
